The personal data collected are processed by computer and in strict compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data, being stored in specific databases, created for the purpose and, under no circumstances, the collected data will be used for any purpose other than that for which consent was given by the data subject.

ActOne, SA is committed to ensuring the protection of the security of the personal data made available to it, having approved and implemented strict internal rules in this matter, namely through the adoption of various security measures, of a technical and organizational nature, in order to protect the personal data made available to you against its dissemination, loss, misuse, alteration, treatment or unauthorized access, as well as against any other form of illegal treatment. The integrity of all data and communications is guaranteed by high levels of encryption. The databases are based in Portugal, hosted in a high security center, with 24-hour monitoring. All messages, exchanges of information and interactions through the 4YOU website are always encrypted and are only visible to the respective users. All communications from the 4YOU website are made using HTTPS protocol ensuring that the information exchanged between the 4YOU website and the users' devices (PCs; Smartphones; Tablets) is and will always be encrypted.

ActOne guarantees your personal information protection, having adopted the appropriate security measures insuring the protection of personal data and installing all technical means and measures at its disposal to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of data personal data provided by the holders of personal data.


Applicable Law

Unless otherwise specified, this Agreement is governed by the law of the Portuguese Government.
